Louis said he has almost a million invested in this. If they precede with BK, than he loses everything. So I am sure they are pursuing every possible angle to get value out of this. How much value? No idea. Next update, which he said is coming soon, should give us a little more clarity. The mines, and equipment have value. Problem is the creditors, what do they want to do? Re-doing the debt would be in their best interest also. So this is a very fluid situation with lots of possibilities. Risk/reward might be worth it at this price. Lottery ticket for sure, but when their is blood in the streets, that is the time people make the most money.
