Unless a shell is coming out of a BK. Pior business has a lot to be cleaned up before you can uplist. You have to be fully reporting with audited finicals. Even after that you will have to respond and answer all of the SEC comments. This is where old business comes in. This new Managment has gone through all of this before. They will know how to get it up listed.,however it's not something that happens fast. So let's give them time
