So for about the last 5 years investors have been under the impression that there were 6 million shares in the float...with some arguing that that fact made this a good investment...and there were actually another 45 million sloshing around. This should be a good, simple lesson in investing...when a company's transfer agent and its former CEO have had legal issues and there have been no financial filings in over a decade, an investor would be wise to steer clear of that company. The idea that the company's shares might have some value because there is a value to the shell is silly...under the above circumstances any legitimate buyer would have no interest at all (and they haven't).

Just a couple notes. Forgive me if they aren't politically correct.
A $50 contribution to the gofundme "casketfordad" (something a cremated person has little use for) campaign for Berney was made in the name of Yvonne Steiner.
There have been two 11 million share trading days in the last dozen years. One was in February of last year. The second was in September, 2 weeks after Mr. Morey passed away
