Thanks for shouting...Anyway, it seems that EK was actually instrumental in securing the Opus financig, a financing very, very beneficial for shareholders. Secondly, EK is actually a deemed insider and officially filed as such. In the summer he had added 1 million more shares (albeit at an undisclosed price), making him a much bigger shareholer and with more shares in the co than any of us...

And yes, the run rate goal was pre-mature compared to the stage Sphere 3D and its products were at the time, and the sales channels could only be validly revived once the actual product portfolio on the virtualisation and the storage side was actually significantly updated (and continues to be so btw)... Makes sense?
