It's really not that big at all. Tiny is a relative term, to me that building looks tiny when you take into consideration the size of Invest West.
It is because when Belnome asked Nelson if he was related to these other companies, he said only that he knew Beifuss and that there no zero connections aside from that. Clearly that is not true at all, as you must know since you seem to be well versed in the Santa Barbara side of things. Invest West has their hand in quite a few of these companies.
