Not sure what your point is. The Z and B shares won't be diluted regardless of when they get them. The share price was about a dime when the deal was made so even the Q shares will not get hurt that bad considering all the Z and B they received. I would be happy to take a few million shares that I know are going to get diluted and I got millions of B's!

But it sure would nice if there was some transparency that spelled out exactly what adjustments are made to those shares at the end of the year.
