What is the logic behind screwing common shareholders?

If the preferred do not reverse split then they are worth 20X more in the event of a 1 for 20 split.

I don't believe that could be their intent. That is criminal in my opinion.

Anybody have a way to contact DP? Investor relations does not work. I have tried several times over the past weeks.
