There are several bills to enforce states rights as it relates to legal use of Medical MJ and the individuals right to not be prosecuted under federal law. Also the VA is allowing use by Veterans. The DEA is out of step with the congress, the people and the executive branch's position of non-prosecution. You really think that will last for a year? Not hardly.
