The nudge factor is the final decision on the Veterans Administration ability to allow veterans to use Medical MJ. Someone just posted the House passed the bill. if The Senate passes the bill then the DEA has a real problem to solve. Either start arresting Veterans who travel between states with their Medical MJ or change the schedule to II.

Two departments in the Executive branch at loggerheads will not last long before the president or the Cabinet heads act to rectify the problem.
