Not Necessarily. The way ADDAX was bought was SNP FIRST negotiated a deal with the founder and control person Jean Claude Gandur and other insiders. This agreement was announced and then SNP made a public offer to the public shareholders. This is what i was told years ago would be the way ERHC would be sold. Sorry for the confusion. HELP LMLT!
