Please Explain

What does this mean?

"There may very well be dilution but it ain't hitting the market."

If there is dilution but the shares are not currently being sold, that is still very bearish for this stock as those shares will get dumped at some point.

The best case is that Ironridge gets eliminated and George Alvarez emerges from his bunker and files. Along with everyone else, I am very skeptical of both. This little company has a lot to prove. The recent buying is slightly encouraging, but there needs to be fundamentals in place for a strong follow-through.
