For years I have been getting my Verizon bill online instead of them mailing it to me and I pay the bill online.

For the past week I am unable to access my bill or the payment page.

When I login I get the following:

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

When I went to the "chat" window I was told I could call and pay the bill on the phone for a charge of $3.50

What BS!
