Re value of ERHC....No ONE except deep insiders know enough about the assets to put forth a credible value for those assets. Suffice it to say i believe all four of the assets have value but i do not know is the amount of the value.

If i am correct that there is real value in all four of the assets, it is
an obvious fact that ERHC does not and will not be able to finance the development of these assets. Therefore there will either have to be a strategic investor or a buyin or a buyout. Everyone of these solutions will require a competent and well recognized third party to evaluate all assets and set the value.

The Kenya well is important , but not the only factor that will be considered in the outcome of the events i believe have to be in our rather short term future.

I believe one of the posters has posted on the other board as to how this will likely unfold is correct as i heard years ago ERHC would follow the example set by the management of Addax during the negotiated sale of that company.
