Asked him if we would spin in with the sister company, same answer, very little value. However, the debt is the issue, thus BK. He did allude to one possibility, although no details. Said they are exploring all options and an update will be out shortly. Trying to renegotiate the contracts. Also said he is pissed and in this for a ton of money himself. Will not post the $$ amount, but it is a lot. Not sure if he is preferred, but would imagine that is the case. Kind of thought that was a conflict of interest, but we shall see. Left the call not feeling good about all this, however still a glimmer of hope.
