No I did not say this stock will shoot up . what I am proposing is that we now can go after the mm's and broker's,, dealer for short selling naked. They are now put on notice. To watch what they are doing. And it can get very expensive to keep doing business as normal.
And I do say that you will see. In otc land that the volume on stocks will pick up a bit. ,,,, slowly but it will pick up a bit. They will have to do it slow. As to not raise alarm or suspicion but they will be starting to cover their short positions and limit their liability and exposure .
