Pure hogwash, the SEC has approved the reverse merger. Otherwise they ould have put a stop to it when the orgbnal 8-k was filed notifying the SEC of the merger at hand. Several documents out there to verify this. This has been discussed so may times, I do not see the point at addressing complete fabrication such as this one. This will be the last time of me doing so. These no reverse merger claims are ridiculous. Whats next? TALK has no CEO or management or maybe TALK doesnt have a ticker symbol? Hahaha
