Your argument is flawed if those shares allegedly 'dumped' were actually issued as part of an acquisition payment which was finalised months ago.

He hasn't dumped them this week at all, they were probably issued long before any financing deal was signed off.

I spoke to DF a while ago now and he mentioned then that he has finance waiting to come onboard once debt and litigation are settled - seems like he's true to his word and not a lying, cheating, POS scumbag who's trying to steal our money as some people would have us believe.

Good on you David, bring on the filings...
