What's your prediction on when financing gets signed, sealed, and delivered?

Let's do it this way...

If you had $1m to bet whether financing gets announced to shareholders by September 1st, would you put your money on beating or missing that deadline?

I'm thinking 80% chance before and 20% after. How about yourself?
