So who do you think controls the motorcycle taxi business in Thailand? It's mafia, also known as the police, politicians and military..... simply go to any Thailand forum like teakdoor.com and ask the members that live there.
Basically motorcycle taxis groups 'own' a street area. It's theirs. If you enter their area looking for rides it leads to trouble.
Better yet, before you dump money into this company, spend a few thousand bucks on a trip to Bangkok and see for yourself.
Unless the current mafia gets their cut it's a no-go. It may be in the form of a special tax, etc. but in the end it lines peoples pockets.
And FARE has nothing to make money on.... Wheelies? FAIL
Hailyes..... FAIL

They are broke, CFO (or whatever she was called) resigned, thrown off the exchange for failing to file their last TWO SEC filings.....
Last time I was in BKK no one had head of hailyes... Uber yes.... grab bile, yes..... this is not build an app and they will come. In fact several posters here have downloaded it and said it isn't even working. Easy enough to find out..... download the Uber app and navigate to Bangkok and then zero in to a smaller area and see how many uber drivers there are.... then do the same with the Hailyes app..... on the Uber app you can see the motos and cars moving. On the hialyes app they are stationary.
Why?
because no one is using their app.
