Again mate.. If it were over an infinite period as you imply I would agree, however the fact is that this is not the case. You most certainly miss read the filing in reference to the terms of the TCA agreement. Its not over 10 months and beyond. Its over 10 months, no more.

So if you do the math a down trending share price on this stock would not be favorable to the third party given that each issuance is at market price. It would be a losing pattern. Shall we do the math?

Look below, you will notice a "period," after the mention of the 10 month terms, meaning there is no beyond. Please however enlighten everyone on your endless issuance of shares implied by your "beyond," statement. Or did you just miss read and type a post accordingly?


On April 5, 2016, an agreement was reached whereby a third party purchased the note for $400,000 and is to pay the original note holder over a 10 month period. The Company will issue shares to the third party at market price
