You're right that we haven't seen one yet but investing is all about confidence in the future of the company and the management of $GEQU has been as transparent and forthcoming as any mangagement I have ever been involved with. The clues here are endless that $GEQU is the real deal and the S-1's will happen. Traders here to not know how to deal with a company like $GEQU that already behaves like the big board stock it will one day become. IMHO
