Thanks for the info but that seems like a very unusual call and really not so sure it has any basis for validity. Performance outlook? to $18.71 for Q1 2017? Is that supposed to be a share price target and if so it is very odd down to the penny and over 20x current price of .86. Any other info relating to how they come up with their "performance outlook" or exactly what it is?

I'd sure take it but... the questions What? Why? and How? seem most appropriate.
