If this true than i guess you are right. The 8k on yahoo with respect to termination of deal as of FEb 1, 2016- i saw the filing and then it was removed can you direct me to the filing. I also did not see the termination date as of feb 1 either and was not aware of the convicted felony charges. I do remember doing a google on these individuals but i turned up nothing.
