The reaudited filings are probably going to filed around the first week of June - this will confirm previous earnings.

The 10Qs and 10K for the last financial year ended 31st March will be filed in accordance with SEC guidelines, which means by 30th June - this was from the CFO.

Personally I don't think there's been as much dilution as people are speculating - I think the MMs are playing games by cross trading to give the illusion of dilution to push impatient holders to sell.

They're holding this down by putting up massive walls but I reckon they'll take them down when they want to and that will be when the big run starts once the latest filings are out.

Just my thoughts, nothing concrete to go on...
