You're welcome. On the R/S - in the past and in this proxy Kidrin 'appears' to be saying it will only be for uplisting purposes (ie to list on the nasdaq if the case moves forward).

I think this is still the case for the following reasons (or at least would think so given Kidrin's prudent behavior thus far).

1. There would be no advantage for us doing a R/S now. Financings to get through the PTAB are most likely done and in reality doing a R/S for a financing at this level accomplishes little. The stock should also see a little upward movement once the convert is finally sold off just based on supply and demand. Right now there is just too much supply. Basically, there is just no need to do one 'right now'.

2. R/S done with no catalyst coming, in a zero revenue company, trade down, Kidrin is smart enough to know that. By undertaking one other than for uplisting purposes he will simply just hurt the stock.

3. Should the company get through the ptab, a R/S makes sense to uplist to nasdaq as that can draw attention to the case, the stock and the very very strong position we will be in. This will certainly help the stock price significantly. In my view that is his intention (uplisting, WHEN we have a catalyst). Again, I could be wrong, but given his prudence suspect that to be the case.
