Could be, but, I think it's a bit shortsighted of them, if that's the case.
No doubt there are a lot more Android based devices than iOS. But, since PowFolio is out on iOS, it should be marketed to get a lot of people using it, which might help get more publishers on board with more/better comic titles, which in turn, would get more people using the app. This would also drive Android user to anticipate the day, they too, can use PowFolio.
No buzz now, might mean, meh, later.
But, what do I know? I'm not a marketing guy.
