Unfortunately market doesn't see it that way, market clearly sees something wrong with this company. I think Nelson might be a problem, what has he done recently that provided any value? He doesn't manage the company hands on, he is far away from actual operations, he hasn't lined up any institutions, a couple of appearances on Fox did totally opposite, his strategies of toxic financing mergers horribly backfired and share price collapsed under the weight of new shares he issued, key executive ran away......... Again what is the value that Nelson provides to this company, May be instead of "equity based compensation, he needs to go himself. In a normal company for that kind dealing and wheeling among his friends he would have been send packing long time ago. And for total destruction of share price. Why is he not doing damage control right now? Because he probably knows something that he doesn't want to share but market knows it. IMO.
