I'm not sure DECN resides under the same regulations and compliance
standards w/r to material events on this exchange as say,the Nasdaq or AMEX.

Or maybe the settlement hasn't been finalized?

Anyway you slice it,for DECN,it surely rose to the level of a Material event. But again,are they really required to issue anything on this exchange?

You won't see one out of J&J,It probably does not rise to a material event for them(thus no 8K from them).

Companies usually must file an 8K within 4 days of something that qualifies as a material event. The settlement would probably qualify as a Material definitive agreement for DECN.
