We know they are at least up against that June 30 date when they run out of finnace money unless we see another extension, which most likely won't happen.

I don't see them waiting to make an announcement right up until the end of June. It makes more sense to announce the deal to me no later than first week in June to give themselves time to tie up any loose ends with the closing IMO.
