I was here then and I recall this to be pretty accurate as I recall.

This was close to 2 yrs ago. But yet is being used as an argument to claim dilution and abuse. Even when that sale did happen JN had not been compensated for the years before it. So this angle of criticism is nothing more than a far reaching attempt to force fit a jigsaw puzzle together to fit a bear agenda and extract a pound of flesh for some bad investing decisions. Nothing else explains it with all the constant repetitive inaccurate posts that are designed to look like facts.
