I believe that within a few days that we will have an 8k which deals with the acquisition of their planned ED clinics for MEN! They intended to have as many as 15 clinics by year end. They are money generating machines and if successful with not be pay taxes for a very long time because of the shielding effect of their 29 million NOL
Also understand that the company continues to search for additional acquisitions that security related.
Management hasn't sold any stock and this is not a pump and dump.
The chart looks very bullish and the shares are gaining traction. This
NOL is worth around .08/share that is huge when you consider that the stock trades at less that 1/2cent
