Indeed, interesting! The ol hammer on a hammer. Some schools call a hammer a battle of bulls and bears where the hammer or inverted hammer depends on which one won the battle of the day. In this CTIX case, the Bulls have won two days in a row with the candle end above the previous close. Low volume, bullish sentiment has prevailed two days in a row.

In fact, it's arguable that there are now 4 hammer days in a row beginning with that red hammer followed by a short-tailed, long-bodied hammer.
