"Derivative securities" are not the same thing as common shares...he could sell all of those 844K for .01 and it would still be a 100% profit. He has lined his own and those of his cronies to "grow" this company on the backs of common shareholders with his dilutive, self-serving, toxic, convertibles. Just ask anyone that's held this for the last 1, 2, or 3 years how much they are down...
