I think we can agree EIGH was shorted in the extreme and can be easily proven in court. If the company chooses to they could bring suit for damages along with RICO charges which would triple the award. The regulators would have to have been deaf, dumb and blind imho not to know what was going on. Time will tell but I suspect after a few cases are brought brokerage firms are going to have no choice but to demand good delivery for their clients which they have not done for a long time.
