Really? Providing an opinion on why WDDD is rising when my calculations suggest there is still material dilution / sales of shares to come is manipulation?

No it's an educated opinion based on factual information. I have provided my math prior based off the 10Q filed yesterday and volume since March 31.

Clearly for anyone who has experience in trading, the potential of 8-11 million shares (assuming my math is near reality) would suggest downward pressure on the stock in the near term. The only explanation of why it is going up at this stage prior to the converts ACTUALLY being done, is the MM is trying to get a better execution price for its client - that being the convert seller :)

As for three cent support - that is an opinion, these boards are about opinion, opinions can be wrong, as that was.

However, suggesting, sources saying a convert is completely out the week before the sales start, rumors of settlement deals etc, well that would be manipulation I would think, don't you?
