ASPIRE’s (of which TXHD owns 49% of) potential government deals it is bidding on with its large partners) are billion dollar contracts. The “SDVSOB” gets 20% of the contract as per government requirement.

For example, a win of the 25 billion dollar bid below would mean 5 billion (20%) for Aspire of which 2.5 billion would be TXHD (as per their 49% ownership). Usually these government contracts have a net profit of around 10%. So if Aspire were to win, TXHD would add 250 million dollars to it’s bottom line. The bidding results are only a couple of short months away !
