he had well laid plans...that market conditions crushed...then he was forced to pony up $2.5m in collateral to stay afloat...& we r facing the aftermath

good news is...if near-term BK was gonna happen...wudda happened pre-SBA process...why jump thru all those hoops just to give up

5 yr turnaround minimum...if at all
