Ok, serious questions for those who are experienced and have seen mergers similar to this before... Assuming ASUV went current in preparation for Klean to use Harmonic energy as a vehicle to go public.

What are some of the outcomes here? How likely is a mid week announcement? Can it happen mid-day or will we all wake up to a new ticker and a fat portfolio?

Here are some interesting Monday merger articles for anyone who cares, I'm just wondering what this may be like. Looks like MGT was on a Monday, but their loi was on a Thursday... Any feedback welcome here.
