I was skeptical of the chad Crady hiring from the beginning! He seems like a great guy, but I was not sold that he could add value for us.

Lavance has it all under control! Glad to see we are keeping costs down as oil recovers!

Up to $50 from $30 in roughly 2 months! The climate is perfect for us right now! Looking good long term as well with Goldman Sachs turning bullish on oil as of yesterday!
