...and ttcm needs to come up with $300,000 to pay for their Acquisition,, & Who knows how many MILLION of Shares DILUTION for the Purchase of SafeDate LLC............. IF that LOI even is agreed upon.......

...& ttcm already has Tons of Debts!!...
