Agreed! The only out is conversion to stock at levels significantly higher than where we are today.

It's a genius strategy by IEVM. And the only way investors would take these deals is to be given information we are likely not privy to regarding growth.

They know more information than us and are willing to give money when their only way to get it back is for their company to succeed and the share price to increase.

It gives me even more confidence in IEVM knowing that institutions are willing to do this.


I wouldn't be surprise to see this stock go up based on future looking statements of profitability.

That is really all that matters right now! Profitability and we all get 50x - 100x today's level... I like those returns!
