They have had paragraphs in their sec filings for years. I think it's a legal thing.

The growth is coming per the reference to the start of q2. Q4 was an awful quarter for oil.

Just yesterday Goldman Sachs turned bullish on oil as oil hit a 6 month high.

Things are falling into place, just a bit slower than everyone would like.

It truly is a product of the oil markets and with the oil price uptick we are already seeing an instant uptick in q2.

What I did like is that Lavance openly talked profitability for the first time in a press release. By the end of the year was my hope all along. So things are lining up just fine.
