from two sources, this is what i have gathered in the past 2 weeks. THIS IS IMHO and i would not post if i thought it was bogus...Be prepared, cause it could be wrong..but i doubt it.

DOJ investigation is nearing an end "wrapping" up and no consequences forthcoming with ERHC. They will be cleared of any wrong doing. Buy-In will happen and it will not be for the 1-8 as someone posted. 3-3.57 is more likely to happen. There will not be a reverse split. No PR no more letters in form of private e-mails from WB. "there is a gag order in effect". It will not happen within a months time, but was told it will happen by the end of '06. Both sources said that they are stumped by the current SP and do expect a change...current value is 1.25 p/s. I was suppose to hear back at 6pm e/s/t and will post if i do. Thats all for now..Take it for what it is worth...The end result could be worth 20.00. goodnight.
