Is it just me?

Or is it more than a little bit counterproductive to announce the future raising of dividends and cessation of buybacks, WHILE you're still buying back?

Perhaps ole' Dougie is on plan and on track by saying only neutral/negative things while buying back, and keeping his cards close.

Could be strategy... I'm just sayin'....
