I don't understand why someones are willing to sell those dirt cheap shares at 0.0004 ~ 0.0003 now since 0.0004 was the previous Bottom price for One Year?

Anyway the dirt cheap shares are not gone yet since you can still buy some 0.0004s (167,500 shares) now or even some fractional 0.0003s (like today's 100 shares) if you bid at 0.0003 with large number.
