I have amended the following paragraph to include
a mention of the S. Ohio Lawsuit.


JPMC is erroneously seeking to limit the rights

of the LTW Holders to file a Lawsuit/Claims

against JPMC to the jurisdiction of the United States

Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware - for the

purpose of eradicating a Lawsuit filed by

LTW Holders against JPMC in the S. Ohio District

Court - Case No. 2:16-cv-00281.
