Sorry guys, I've lost patience with not knowing certain details of DNRG. The lack of 8-ks in particular, combined with the GHS deal, has prompted me to report them to the SEC.

I hope they are vindicated; I sincerely want to be wrong. However, they can't use being "busy" as an excuse to not file material events with the SEC.

There have been many material events PRed by Dominovas Energy Corp (DNRG) over the last several months that have had no attached 8-k filing. Here is a great thread on InvestorsHub that documents GHS's history: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=122224589 It's interesting that this deal, with a group that is notorious for being involved with pump and dump schemes, is the last PR that had an associated 8-k. Every big event after this has had no such reporting. DNRG has filed their 10-K (10-K/A) and 10-Q on time, and was granted an expedited S-1 and EFFECT in regards to the GHS deal. I'm hoping for an investigation into whether or not DNRG is in violation of SEC reporting requirements, as there has been a great deal of consternation from shareholders in regards to lack of engagement from management on these matters and the legality of issuing press releases on these matters without an accompanying 8-K.
