I think everyone that is in has been in for years. I don't really think Shayne is interested in gaining new shareholders before the change.

The ones that have held on will be rewarded and the rest will have to chase post change. That is why info is hard to find and he is not using real PR channels to announce the changes.

Just my 2 cents.
