meeting in Denver weekend came from the horses mouth. There is no letter of intent- a meeting whereby this security company sees the benefit to merge into a company that has such a huge NOL- as mentioned this 29 million can shield and will shield from paying taxes and be used for working capital and actually show earning/sh, which in turn can elevate share price because the company is making money. In past conversation which specific team members there is plenty going on behind the scene that i am not in knowledge of and must wait the rest!
As mentioned this Denver is very interest in joining with vsym We just have to see where it goes.
The 8k that should be out any day i believe will include information about
clinic acquisitions being made finally.
Most of us have been is this stock for a very long time and have continued
too add to our position and only larger losses, but i think the tide has finally change course.
