That is why the 10Q will be important. Investors need to know how much debt is left that needs to be converted. I would have to guess they are very close to the 150m A/S limit and need the increase approved & implemented ASAP.

Lets see if he can get it filed on time for a change and not file a NT-10Q to delay for a few more days.

I understand very well how the conversions work and the action in the stock was forecasted by myself (along with Shadow) in earlier posts. While I have never personally held a convert note, I understand the dynamics very well and have watched it crush other securities.

Again, the seller does not care where he is selling whether it be at $.03, $.01, $.001 or $.0001. As long as there is a bid and his 45% discount conversions are flowing they can lock in easy profits. The risk is it going no bid and the filer going dark. I am watching it in another security as we speak.
